Privacy Policy — Verdict RFP

This Privacy Policy explains how Verdict Pursuit Intelligence LLC (“Verdict,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit verdictrfp.com (the “Site”) or use the Verdict platform (the “Service”). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form on the Site — including the homepage inquiry form, the Contact Us page, and the Request a Demo page — we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. If you create an account, we collect the account and billing information needed to set it up.

Customer Content. If you use the Service, we collect the material you upload or submit to it — solicitations and RFP documents, company capability profiles, certifications, past performance records, and related business information (“Customer Content”) — in order to generate evidence-based pursuit assessments, source-cited case files, gap analysis, and submission summaries on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain usage information when you visit the Site: pages viewed, features used, referring pages, timestamps, and general device and browser information. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4.

Information from third parties. We do not currently purchase or receive personal information about you from data brokers or other third-party sources.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating AI-driven, source-cited pursuit assessments, compliance gap analysis, and submission summaries from your Customer Content
To respond to inquiries and demo requests
To send administrative communications and, where you have not opted out, marketing communications
To monitor, analyze, and improve the Site and the Service
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
To comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Site and the Service: Wix, HubSpot, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mailgun, and Stripe. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us, and neither OpenAI nor Anthropic uses your Customer Content to train their models.
To comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Verdict, our users, or others
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, with notice to you
With your consent

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site
Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags — to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other sites
LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure ad performance and enable retargeting on LinkedIn

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

5. Data Retention

Form and lead data from visitors who do not become customers: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
Account and Customer Content: retained for as long as your account is active
After account termination: retained for up to 30 days to allow data export (available on request) or account recovery, then deleted from our active systems (residual copies in encrypted backups are removed in the ordinary backup rotation cycle), except where we are required by law to retain certain records for longer (for example, financial records, which we retain for 7 years)

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed
Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

We extend these rights as a matter of policy to residents of other U.S. states as well. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@verdictrfp.com.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on how our advertising cookies are configured, some uses may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at privacy@verdictrfp.com.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. U.S.-Only Service

The Site and the Service are intended for use by government contractors operating in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Site.
